Tutorial Speaker Reception -
Monday, May 12, 5:30 - 6:30 PM

There will be a Tutorial Speaker Reception held directly after the conclusion of the Tutorial Sessions in the 4th Floor Foyer.  Cash bar and snacks will be offered.  Come and enjoy discussions with the Tutorial speakers!

Welcome Reception -
Tuesday, May 13, 7:30 - 9:30 PM

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Teatro Solis, just across the way from the Hotel.  We will have hors d'oeuvre and drinks provided by the Rara Avis.  Come and network with friends and colleagues from our I&M community!  Dress:  Business casual.  Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and walking around the theater.

Awards Luncheon -
Wednesday, May 14, 12:45 - 2:30 PM

The Awards Luncheon will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel.  Come and honor the I&M Award winners, the Student Best Poster Award winners, and the Best Paper Award winners.  You will also be treated to a short presentation for the 2015 edition of I2MTC, location: Pisa, Italy!  Dress:  Business casual.

Conference Gala Dinner -
Wednesday, May 14, 7:00 - 10:00 PM

The Conference Gala Dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the hotel.  There will be a welcome drink at 7:00 pm, and will sit for dinner at 7:30 pm.  Come for a wonderful evening filled with food, drink, and entertainment!  Dress:  Business casual, but this is a little more dressy.  Gentlemen:  jacket and tie, if desired; and Ladies, a dress, if desired.
